    Why Cedar Creek?
  • No site shall be subdivided, or its boundary lines relocated.
  • Heated area of main structure, exclusive of basements, garages, porches and decks, shall not be less than 1,200 square feet.
  • Design standards encourage log, timber-frame, cedar and rustic materials.
  • Plans must be approved by Cedar Creek Mountain Architectural Review Committee. No requirement to commence construction within any specified time; however, once constructions is commenced, the home shall be completed within 18 months.
  • Current Annual General Assessment is $500.00 for express purpose of improving, maintaining and operation of the roadway system and the Common areas.
  • No hardwood trees more than six (6) inches in diameter or native shrubs shall be removed from a site without written approval from the Architectural Review Committee.
  • Minimal clearing necessary to accomplish adequate views is permissible; however, clear cutting and denuding the site is prohibited.
  • No structures of a temporary nature, including mobile homes, trailers, tents, shacks, barns, supply structures or other similar structures shall be erected or allowed.
